At Aurlar, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality bras and exceptional service. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange a product. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for returns and refunds to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged bra, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and offer a full refund or exchange, including return shipping costs.

  • Size or Fit Issues: If you purchased a bra and it doesn't fit as expected or you ordered the wrong size, you may return the item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached) within 30 days of purchase. We can offer an exchange for a different size or provide a refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you have a change of mind about a product you ordered, you can return it within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will issue a refund for the product's purchase price only, excluding the initial shipping cost.

How To Initiate A Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, you can login to your account and follow the self-return steps. If you did not create an account during checkout, you may create one with the email address you used during checkout.

If you prefer our support team to assist you, you may contact us at help@aurlar.com and a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Do not return any of your orders to the address listed on our store or they will be refused by courier.

Following are the steps you have to take after your return request has bee approved:

  • Package the Item: Carefully package the item to be returned, including all original tags and packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package.

  • Send the Item Back: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your return is received by us. 

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. We will process your refund within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees will be deducted from the total order amount paid.

Additional Information

    • Refunds will not be issued for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse.

    • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy guidelines.
