How much does the shipping cost?

We provide all shipped countries free shipping (delivery by normal express) on orders over USD69, if product price less than USD69, you need afford USD6.99.

Free Fast shipping (delivery by Fedex Express) on orders over USD149, or you could spend USD16.99 to choose the Federal Express shipping.

Please note import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed on are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will begin to process the next business day. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and delivery are subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships!

How to confirm my COD order?

Our Customer Service will call you to confirm your order within 48 hour after placing an order.

We’ll send you Email and Whatsapp to confirm your order if we fail to contact you within 48 hour after placing your order,please reply us as soon as possible.

After that, your order will be prepared and shipped out as usual.

Note: the order will be automatically cancelled if we fail to contact you within 5 days, or if we do not receive your response.

What’s my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package with the appropriate carrier.

Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under My Account. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped. Or please contact us and tell us the order number and email address, our customer services will give you a reply in 1-2 business days.


How much will it cost to ship my order?

Receive Free Standard Shipping on orders $69 and over! Your order must be $69.00 minimum, before taxes & shipping, and handling. (Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any other non-continental US & military addresses are not eligible for this promotion.) Cannot be combined with some coupons and offers.

We ship to every residential address in the continental U.S., including P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. territories. You must choose Fed Ex Smartpost during check out to have your package delivered to these locations. Shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico Guam, or the Virgin Islands will require an additional charge for standard shipping and delivery. Aurlar is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that are outside of our control. In no event shall Aurlar be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.


How long will I have to wait for my goodies?

Processing time: 3-5 Business days, shipping time: 7-15 Business days

Receiving time=Processing time + Shipping time

Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 1-2 weeks. This varies greatly depending on the shipping method you have selected.
