What if I don't love my stuff?

Sorry to hear you don't love your order! If you aren't satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 7 days from the date of the item's arrival. Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. If you fail to do so, we will not accept your return.

Note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Return Conditions

1. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on our underwear. All sales on underwear are final.

The items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with Customer Service first.
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
5. We do not refund under the following circumstances:
The recipient cannot be contacted or the recipient's address is wrong, resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver. The goods may be destroyed by the local logistics company.
Please do fill in the right address, phone number, and postcode when place an order. When the logistics company delivers, please make sure your phone is contactable.
6. Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased at an extra 50% off are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

 

Return Address

If you want to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact Customer Service Email: support@aurlar.com to provide your issues, your order number, the reason, and the item(s) you would like to return. Our customer service representative will reply to you within 48 hours.

 

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

Yes. If you want to change the order, please send us email: support@aurlar.com

 

Free Exchange

1. For your first order of the first bra with Aurlar, if the size does not fit, we will exchange it for free. You just need to pay for the shipping fee, and we will send you the right size for free.

2. If you re-order the same size of any bra within 3 months, and the size does not fit, we will exchange it for free. (Such as your first order of bra is M and fits great; but for the second or third order, size M does not fit, please contact us.)

 

Our customer service will give you a reply in 48 hours (1-2 business day).

 

 

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@aurlar.com. We may be able to cancel your order depending on the time and date it was placed.

 

 

Lost Packages

We ship with only the most reliable carriers worldwide including USPS. Once the package has left our warehouse, Aurlar cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages.

Please contact the carrier assigned to your order and see if they have any insight. If they are unable to assist, please email us at support@aurlar.com so we can work with you to resolve this.
